Mrs. Barcomb arranged for NYSEG to come into our Elmira Middle School host site classrooms to do a presentation on electric and natural gas safety. The students were given hula hoops made from polyethylene that NYSEG uses for their natural gas lines. #PROUDTOBEGST

This morning, students were evacuated from Building 1 on the Bush Campus due to a small dryer fire. There were no injuries and students have been relocated on campus, where they will remain for the rest of the day. Afternoon dismissal will take place as usual.
